How does it work?
Unlike most traditional online training where you just log on and watch/follow the content, ours is instructor-led. An invitation is sent via Zoom for up to 8 delegates to log in. The course will be conducted by Environmental Handling Systems Ltd. which is one of the longest independent Evacuation Chair training companies in the UK. We have been providing onsite training in this field since 2003.
Taking the delegate through the legislation, reasons to evacuate and those who might need additional help to evacuate a building in an emergency, onto how to set up and prepare an Evacuation Chair for use. We then guide the delegates through the process with videos, pausing where on important points to emphasise their significance. You are free to ask questions at any time or go back over any points that you may need some extra guidance on.

Aimed primarily at those who have some knowledge of Evacuation Chairs, the course will give any person a good grounding in their use and the reasons for having them. Everyone who completes the course will receive a certificate of attendance.
